Terms & Conditions – Lynx Modding
- Mod Installation via LYNX MODDING App – Mods will now be installed directly through the LYNX MODDING App, ensuring security and preventing piracy.
- Strictly No Redistribution – My mods are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, modifying, or redistributing in any form is strictly prohibited. Violators will face legal action.
- No Refund Policy – All purchases are final and non-refundable unless a major, unresolvable technical issue occurs. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban.
- Extended Support & Updates – I provide updates and bug fixes and ensure future ETS2 compatibility. Updates will be given at my own free time, and I am not obligated to update or work as per buyers' requests. However, requests/suggestions that can be done wherever possible will be considered.
- Intellectual Property Rights – All designs, models, and assets belong to me (Lynx Modding). Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification will result in immediate legal action.
- Strict Account Verification – You must provide accurate details for purchases. Fake, fraudulent, or multiple accounts will be permanently banned from my services.
- Report for Issues – If you experience any issues with the mods, you are requested to provide feedback. As stated in point 4, I will provide updates/bug fixes, not immediately, but definitely in the future.
- Immediate Ban for Violations – Any form of mod leaking, cracking, or unauthorized distribution will result in a lifetime ban from my services.
- Policy Changes Without Notice – I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use my mods, you automatically accept the latest terms.
By purchasing or downloading from Lynx Modding, you fully agree to these terms. Failure to comply will result in strict action. 🚛🔥
